For teachers who may be using Alfred’s Basic Prep Course Lesson Books A & B, and Alfred’s Basic Piano Library Lesson Books 1A, 1B & 2 for the first time, these Teacher’s Guides can be an invaluable resource. For every page of the Lesson Books, there is a corresponding page in the Teacher’s Guide that will enable you to quickly read how the page may be introduced.

For those of you who may be experienced in teaching these Alfred courses, but whose student may be having a problem with a particular page, the Teacher’s Guide may present a new way of successfully introducing that page to the student.

Each Teacher’s Guide contains important goals and suggestions for every page of the Lesson Books.  Each page of the Teacher’s Guide is numbered exactly the same as the Lesson Book page that is referenced.
